This Privacy Policy explains how DRTUCKLEYS LTD collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit keptdaily.co.uk, create an account, place an order, subscribe to a Kept plan, use our services, or contact us.

Kept operates this website and store using Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, checkout, account and payment infrastructure that allows us to sell our products and provide related services.

For the purposes of applicable UK data protection law, DRTUCKLEYS LTD is the data controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the website and our services. It may include:

We will continue to send essential service messages, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, subscription notices and payment-related communications where necessary.

The website and store are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the store in order to provide and improve its services, process transactions, support checkout and protect the platform.
