Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with Kept. If you're not, we'll
make it right.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We give every customer 90 days to try Kept. If you're not satisfied
for any reason within 90 days of your order being delivered, contact
us at support@keptdaily.co.uk and we'll refund you in full. No
questions asked. You don't need to return the product.

This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and your first
subscription order.

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page,
or by emailing support@keptdaily.co.uk. Cancelling means no future
orders will be charged or shipped.

If a subscription order has already been dispatched before you cancel,
you will need to return the unopened product to receive the refund.

UK Right to Cancel (14 Days)
In addition to our 90-day guarantee, customers in the UK have a
statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to
cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a
reason.

To exercise this right, email us at support@keptdaily.co.uk within
14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the unopened,
sealed product to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage
is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Please note: under these regulations, sealed goods that have been
opened cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If your
tub has been opened, you are instead covered by our 90-day
money-back guarantee above, which does not require a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered,
contact us immediately at support@keptdaily.co.uk with a photo of
the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund
— whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved,
the refund is processed within 5 working days, though it may take
your bank a few additional days to show in your account.
