Cancellation policy
Purchase, Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains the difference between one-time purchases and subscriptions, how subscription renewals work, and how to cancel or change a subscription.
Kept is a trading name of DRTUCKLEYS LTD. The exact price, discount, renewal amount and product selection applicable to your order are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
2. One-time purchases
A one-time purchase is charged once at the price shown at checkout.
A one-time purchase does not create a subscription and does not result in future automatic charges.
UK delivery is free on one-time purchases.
The option is identified on the product page and checkout as:
One-Time Purchase - No subscription
3. Subscription purchases
Kept may offer subscription plans for regular delivery of the product and access to subscription benefits.
The product page and checkout will show:
- The selected subscription plan;
- The amount charged today;
- The renewal amount;
- The renewal frequency;
- The delivery frequency;
- Any included subscription benefits; and
- The cancellation and payment terms.
By choosing a subscription and completing the order, you authorise Kept and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the stated renewal interval until the subscription is cancelled.
UK delivery is free on subscription orders.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period unless cancelled before the next renewal payment is taken.
The renewal amount and renewal date will be shown in your customer account and in the relevant order or renewal communications.
If a price or material subscription term changes, we will provide notice before the change takes effect where required by law. You may cancel before the changed amount is charged.
5. Subscription benefits
Subscription benefits are those displayed on the product page and at checkout for the selected plan. These may include the Kept product, free UK delivery and access to the Kept Method.
Kept Method access is available while the subscription is active and paid. If you cancel, access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for, unless the Refund and Returns Policy or applicable law requires a different outcome.
Subscription benefits may change over time. We will not remove a material benefit from a paid period without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.
6. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription:
- Through your customer account, where the cancellation function is available; or
- By emailing support@keptdaily.co.uk.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been paid for or dispatched.
If you cancel after a renewal payment has been taken, the current paid period normally continues until its scheduled end date. Any refund entitlement is governed by the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
7. Skipping or changing a delivery
Where the option is available through your customer account, you may skip an upcoming delivery or change its scheduled date before the cut-off shown in your account.
A skipped delivery will not be charged if the skip is completed before the applicable cut-off.
Skipping or changing a delivery does not cancel the subscription. The subscription will continue at the next scheduled renewal unless you cancel it separately.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may contact you to request an updated payment method.
A failed payment may delay the related delivery. If payment cannot be recovered, we may pause future deliveries and suspend subscription benefits, including Kept Method access.
If payment is successfully recovered, the subscription will continue according to the plan shown in your customer account.
9. The 90-day money-back guarantee
The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to a customer's initial 90-day period with Kept, whether that period begins with a one-month subscription, a three-month subscription or a one-time purchase.
The 90-day period begins on the date the customer's first order is delivered. The guarantee covers Kept product payments made during that initial 90-day period. This means that a one-month subscriber may receive coverage for a second or third monthly order if the relevant payment is made within the initial 90-day period.
The guarantee does not reset when a customer receives a later order, renews a subscription or changes plan. It is limited to one claim per customer or household.
The detailed eligibility and refund process are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy.
If you make a guarantee claim on a subscription, you must also cancel the subscription to prevent future renewal charges.
10. Statutory cancellation rights
UK consumers may have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
These statutory rights are separate from the 90-day money-back guarantee. Full details are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy.
