Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only,
including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Shipping Charges
UK delivery is free on all orders. There are no minimum order
requirements.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched next working day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working
days by Royal Mail. Delivery times are
estimates and are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions
If you are on a subscription plan, your first order is dispatched
using the timings above. Subsequent orders are dispatched
automatically at the start of each renewal cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.
You can cancel, skip, or change the delivery date of any subscription
order from your account or by emailing support@keptdaily.co.uk.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain at
our risk until they are delivered to you. If your order:
- Has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch
- Arrives damaged
- Has any items missing
please contact us at support@keptdaily.co.uk as soon as possible,
including your order number and a photo if the item is damaged.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your order and it is returned
to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or
failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to
arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply for
redelivery where the original failure was not our fault.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order,
contact us immediately at support@keptdaily.co.uk. We can usually
update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
